Why Our Ministry Exists
Our ministry exists to supply Christ’s Object Lessons to Seventh-day Adventists to sell as a fund raiser. Through a generous agreement with a publisher, we obtain Christ’s Object Lessons for a greatly reduced cost. This allows you to sell the books and raise money, and at the same time reach your community with the Good News.
How It All Started
One morning during worship, I was praying that God would show me what He wanted me to study that morning, and the words Christ, object lessons, and schools came into my mind. I went to the E.G. White CD-ROM and typed in Christ, object, and schools and found that these words were used together 128 times. As I began to go through the different articles and books, I was amazed to find that Christ’s Object Lessons is the book God had Ellen White give to our schools for a fundraiser, and The Ministry of Healing was given to our health institutions for the same purpose.
I was impressed to compile the quotes that I found that morning, and from that came the booklet “God’s Evangelistic Plan“. My prayer is that through this book and this ministry, many will be encouraged to take up these books and go as missionaries into our communities. Ellen White says the blessing is four-fold: for the schools, world, church, and workers. God has said that we should pray for workers, and I believe that this is one of His means to answer those prayers.”
